Employer Free VIP Pass

The Employer FREE VIP Pass will be given to a maximum of 400 employers. We have a predetermined number of discount registrations, free registrations, hotel room nights, and flights to those who complete the Employer FREE VIP Pass application. The application will be submitted to the employer conference committee for pre-approval and additional follow up will only be required if more information is needed.

A complimentary pass will include:

Access to all four Employer Healthcare & Benefits Congress’s educational sessions, seminars and workshops: Voluntary Benefits & Limited Medical, Corporate Wellness, Self Funding & Workers Compensation and Healthcare Reform
Access to the Employer Healthcare & Benefits Congress Exhibit Hall
Access to the networking software where you can schedule your 16 one-on-one meetings
Access to the Medical Tourism & Global Benefits Congress Exhibit Hall
Access to all Medical Tourism & Global Benefits Congress sessions

2013 Employer VIP AGREEMENT

Completion of this application does not guarantee any level of sponsorship. The Employer VIP Committee will determine the number of sponsored employers and levels of sponsorship based on the information of an individual’s application. Misrepresentation of information on the application will result in immediate disqualification of the program. Applying for the Employer VIP incentive program is not a guarantee of receiving a discount on registrations, free registrations, hotel room nights, and/or flights. The employers chosen shall be at the sole discretion of the conference organizers and the conference organizers may change, alter or terminate this program at any time for any reason. Conference organizers may cancel any sponsored employer at any time for any reason with no recourse.
